If you are already a Lethbridge Polytechnic Student, please follow the steps below to make an appointment with our office.
1. Login to Accommodate using your polytechnic email and password.
2. Select the Appointment heading on the left-hand side of your screen. Select the blue Request New Appointment button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Use the Choose box to select the appointment type. Select Intake Appointment (50 mins) from the list.
4. If desired, adjust the date and time range and select your preferred location (in-person, phone, or virtual).
5. Use the blue Check Availability button at the bottom of your screen. Available appointments will populate on the right-hand side of the screen.
6. Select the appointment time that works best for you. You may add notes to your Access Specialist on the pop-up window if desired. Scroll down to select Submit Request to request your appointment.
7. Your appointment will now appear in “Requested Appointments”. Once Accessibility Services staff have confirmed your appointment, it will appear in “Approved Appointments”.
8. Can’t find an appointment time? You may need to widen your calendar availability, or your preferred location.
