Accessibility Services Appointment Request

STUDENT INFORMATION

Accessibility Services works with prospective and enrolled students who identify challenges and request academic accommodations. Challenges may include ADHD, chronic medical conditions, learning disabilities, mental health disorders, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.

If you are a prospective student or have a general inquiry, please fill out the form below and a member of our staff will contact you.

If you are a current Lethbridge Polytechnic student and would like to book an appointment to speak with a member of our staff, please login to Accommodate and use the Appointment tab on the left-hand side of your screen to request an appointment.

Please note: The deadline for booking appointments to receive new or revised accommodations is 4:00PM on the last weekday of November (FL semester) or the last weekday of March (WN semester). We understand that unexpected situations occur, so please reach out to us if you have questions and it is after this date.

Make an Appointment

If you are already a Lethbridge Polytechnic Student, please follow the steps below to make an appointment with our office.

Login to Accommodate using your polytechnic email and password.
Select the Appointment heading on the left-hand side of your screen.
----> If you are accessing Accommodate from your phone, you will need to click the 3-line menu button at the top left of your screen in order to pop-out the left-hand menu.
Click the blue button that says Request New Appointment.
----> If you are accessing Accommodate from your phone, you will need to tap > Filters in order to see the options.
Use the Choose box to select the appointment type and then click Done.
----> You can also adjust the date or time range and pick a location (in person, phone, or virtual).
Click the blue button that says Check Availability
----> You will now be able to see all available appointments.
----> If you can't find an appointment time, you may need to extend the date range or change the location.
Select the appointment time that works best for you.
----> A pop-up window will open for you to review the details and confirm your appointment request. You can also add notes for your Access Specialist to review before the meeting.
Select Submit Request to complete your booking.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email to your polytechnic account. You can also check the appointment status in the Appointment heading in Accommodate.
